• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. After verification, we will arrange a suitable replacement or resolution.
• Non-Exchangeable: Worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, used, or Final Sale/promotional items may not be eligible for exchange.
• Refunds: LOOM primarily offers exchanges rather than refunds. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by LOOM.
